30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
